Tapahtumien kuvaus: On 24.8.1929, Constable Virtanen was maintaining order at an evening party hosted by the association of smallholders in Lieviö. The party was held in the hay barn of the Näppinen farm. When the organisers counted the proceeds afterwards, a shot was heard, and a bullet hit Virtanen. Virtanen was taken to a physician in Lohja, but it could only be concluded that he had already died from a gunshot wound to the head.
