Tapahtumien kuvaus: On 16.4.1943 at 11:10 pm, Constable Lindroos was on Nikolainkatu when he encountered a drunken soldier who was behaving in a threatening way. Lindroos tried to talk to the soldier, but the man tried to run away. When Lindroos caught up with the man, he was stabbed. Lindroos died in hospital from his wounds. Lindroos had been a police officer since November 1942.
