Tapahtumien kuvaus: At 2:25 am, it was reported that a police officer lay dead on a yard at Itäinen Kaivopuisto 19. The officers who came to investigate found that it was their colleague Heinonen and that he had been stabbed twice in the chest. As they were investigating the crime scene, a drunken man named Sulo Emil Roukala appeared. He said that he had killed Heinonen when Heinonen had tried to arrest him. Roukala was still holding the knife with which he had killed the policeman.
